A new feature is available to all users of Digitelia's modern PMS.
According to a survey conducted by TripAdvisor, 96% of users check hotel reviews before making their booking and more than half of them say they would not book a hotel that has no reviews.
From today in the section Settings - Social media & websites, you can add all the URLs that lead to the official pages of your accommodation on Google, Tripadvisor, Facebook, Instagram, Booking.com, Airbnb.com etc., where then upon the departure of each guest, an automatic e-mail will be sent to him, thanking him for his stay and suggesting him to follow you on all social media channels & websites leaving a positive review.
Activating this feauture is free. It will greatly increase the reviews left by your guests, thus maximizing the popularity and consequently increasing the bookings of your property.
